Our consultation services include personalized guidance sessions. Once scheduled, fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation, but you may reschedule as detailed below.

Information products include digital guides, templates, and tutorials. Access to these materials is granted upon completion of payment.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods include printed manuals and reference booklets delivered to your address. Title and risk pass upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. Please review the following refund provisions for each category:

Consultation Services: Fees for scheduled sessions are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation. You may reschedule a session without additional fee if you notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Information Products: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that you have not accessed more than 10% of the material. Refund requests beyond this limit or after 14 days will be declined.
Physical Goods: You may return goods in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the return, payment will be refunded to your original method within seven business days.

5. Transfer of Services

If you wish to transfer a scheduled consultation to another date or to a different person, please contact us at least 48 hours before the original appointment. Transfers are subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a handling fee.
